Skipping Over Listings With No Pictures! In 2005, the National Association of Realtors surveyed that 90 percent of all home buyers utilized the internet in their search for a home. A separate survey indicated that almost all of these buyers would not give a second look to any home profiles on the internet which did not have any pictures. Inaddition, they would acutally prefer virtual tours to still pictures.

What does this mean to you - get commitment from your agent to have multiple pictures loaded up on the Realtors Multiple Listing System and the web sites the moment they enter the data in. As buyers don't omitt a property from your consideration because there are no pictures. Its not the homes fault the agent is not on top of internet marketing.

All buyers should know to wear slip on shoes or boots when viewing homes when house hunting in the winter! Often I have buyers coming to open houses with high lace up boots and asking me - do I have to take my shoes off?
