Showing a home on the internet without a photo or photos is the equivalent of trying to describe a painting to someone over the phone... I also equate it to E bay. Think about the last you searched for. Did you even give the items without a photo a second glance? I know I did'nt. For the extra pennies it cost to do people are significantly missing out on a lot of bidders.<br><br>The same holds true without pictures of a home on the internet. Homes are tangible items that we need to see and touch... Notice there are two parts: seeing and touching, both must be present. <br><br>Homes often will sell within the first moment a buyer sees it...If there are no photos to see that potential buyer probably move on to the next listing.
